It's a giant troll statue under the north end of the Aurora Bridge in Seattle, Washington. The statue was built in the year 1990.
The troll is about 5.5 meters high and weights 2 tons. It was sculpted by four Seattle area artists. The Troll is the host to a party called Trollaween every year on October 31st.
And yes, that's a real original VW Beetle he's holding, with a California license plate...
